The polymorph study of nearly 20 steroid sex hormone drugs was carried out. It was found that the advantage pharmaceutical polymorphs had improved water solubility and bioavailability. The dosage of drugs could be reduced to one third, and the side effects were obviously reduced. The cocrystal study of more than 10 steroid sex hormone drugs was carried out. Small molecule cocrystal formers were used to form cocrystal to increase the water solubility, improve the bioavailability, change the way of drug administration, and improve medication compliance. The crystal engineering research of four kinds of steroid sex hormone drugs was carried out. The metal organic framework was used to achieve the purpose of effective adsorption, control of release and targeted drug delivery.
