Kirsten Rat Sarcoma (KRas) and it’s isoforms are a highly prized and well validated oncology drug discovery target. Whilst new potential therapies are showing real promise there remains a requirement for novel approaches to drug this challenging target. This talk will outline preliminary efforts to target RAS by stabilizing its interaction with the prenyl-binding protein PDE6D, disrupting its localization and inhibiting oncogenic RAS/ERK signalling.
