One of the most touted ideas in any venture is 'Never Give Up’ - excellent advice when it works. Never Give Up doesn’t mean Remain Inert, however. Entrepreneurs must consistently adapt or fail, and sometimes the adaptation means a major deviation from the original plan: Pivot! This talk will use examples from real life to illustrate how to recognize the need to pivot, when to pivot - and where to go when you do.
