Chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell therapies have demonstrated high efficiency and unusual tumor suppression for the cancer therapeutics. However, CAR-T cells are limited in some ways that is because specific antibodies to antigens on cancer cell surface are extremely difficult to find. Conventional CAR T cells recognize antigens in a fixed manner by extracellular single-chain antibodies. Here, we present a new strategy ,Which incorporates programmble peptides that identify the cancer cell.<br/>Furthermore, we extend the adjustable CAR system to sense and logically respond to multiple antigens by introducing proteases which change the structure of the peptide chain. With these favorable features, CAR-T cells may provide more choice and enhance specificity in treating different tumors.
