This presentation will address issues including, but not limited to, who (or what) qualifies as an inventor as well as the benefits afforded to inventors, whether through patent ownership or remuneration for invention, both, and neither.  This presentation provides an overview of the law related to inventorship, how patent inventorship can differ from ownership, and how businesses can best protect their interests when innovation is involved.
