Through the past 95 years, the Women Chemists Committee (WCC) has been an advocate for women issues. As we look to the future, the WCC must build upon the accomplishments of previous champions. Through different initiatives, awards, symposia, and networking events, the WCC is developing a supportive environment for all. In this presentation, a discussion on the current and future aspirations of the WCC will be highlighted. Only by working together can the WCC help to create a Society that is diverse, inclusive, and equitable.
