The ability of the cyclodextrin-oxime construct 6-OxP-CD to bind and degrade the nerve agents Cyclosarin (GF) and Soman (GD) has been studied using <sup>31</sup>P-nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) under physiological conditions.  Hemolytic activity as well as cholesterol binding assay results demonstrating the low toxicity profile of 6-OxP-CD will be presented in addition to the nerve agent binding and degrading properties of it.
