Contracts for commercial partnerships usually also detail regulatory obligations. Adequate and smooth fulfillment of these obligated activities calls for knowledge sharing between both parties as well as within internal functions with often disparate information management systems. We implemented a cross-functional process for knowledge-sharing supported by an integral part of our Regulatory Information Management (RIM) solution. As a result, we could interlink the contractually obligated regulatory activities with our RIM data and this now allows for improved oversight and tracking of shared partnership tasks. We will present our strategies for achieving this and demonstrate the solution now in production.
