We report about a mass production of black phosphorene (BP in 2D form) synthesized via a green, simple and efficient liquid phase exfoliation. BP is known for high potential for practical applications in the field of electronics, energy and infrastructure which make it comparable with graphene or transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs). The fabricated BP deposited on the surface of ITO/PET using electrophoretic deposition technique which can be used for different photovoltaic application. The chemical structure, morphological, and optical properties are confirmed using different analytical tools.<br/>FESEM, EDAX elemental mapping, XRD and Raman characterization analysis are done for the deposited films. In order to understand the deposition process, current versus time spectrum for BP NSs is shown.
