There is a high demand for organ transplants worldwide, where immunosuppression as a traditional method to avoid damage to the transplanted organ presents high rates of rejection, infections, and graft losses due to drug dependence. Besides, it doesn't solve the shortage of organs and the difficulty of finding compatibility between patients. Therefore, chimerization is postulated as a method to improve compatibility between recipient and donor, allowing a substantial improvement in the quality and life expectancy of transplant recipients. Therefore, to contribute to the biochemical knowledge of the chimerization process, this work seeks to evaluate the dynamics of the protein profiles obtained under different in vitro conditions, during the process of solid organ chimerization prior to transplantation in a porcine biomodel. This is done by determining the protein profiles by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and contrasting them with the variations in the in vitro culture conditions. Considering the behavior of the protein profiles obtained along four processes, it was found that depending on the in vitro conditions, the dynamics of the protein profiles changed. Possibly, the changes in temperature were the most responsible for this, due to its involvement in the metabolic rate of the organ.
