The construction of heterostructures is an important prerequisite for the application of lead halide perovskite materials. Solution-phase epitaxial growth and ion-exchange reactions can assemble perovskite units with different ionic compositions to form heterostructures. However, continuous liquid phase epitaxy growth enforces a specific module assembly sequence, otherwise the solvents incompatibility will decompose the underlying materials. Obviously, the solution process cannot obtain diversely customized heterostructures. Furthermore, intrinsic ion diffusion causes the junction being a wide composition gradient interval rather than a sharp interface. A sharp interface is necessary to effective electron coupling and carrier migration. Therefore, a strategy with high maneuverability for synthesizing interface stable perovskite heterostructures is urgently developed. Here, we used a novel method to integrate two-dimensional perovskite fragments with different [PbI<sub>6</sub>]<sup>4-</sup>octahedron slab thicknesses (n value) to prepare heterostructures and expanded the synthetic diversity. Three-dimensional spectra scans proved the microplate was an lateral heterostructure. Transient absorption microscopy demonstrates rapid directed carrier migration behavior in heterostructures.
