The chiral microenvironment is important for the enantioselectivity of asymmetric reactions but has been poorly understood. Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are an ideal platform to construct catalysts to achieve microenvironment modulation, particularly the chiral microenvironments that have been rarely explored. Therefore, we select serious single chiral modifiers for chiral induction to fabricate homochiral MOFs by post-modification. Moreover, The spatial microenvironment around the chiral sites can be effectively modulated by the difference between chiral modifiers, realizing the regulation of the chiral microenvironment. The experimental results showed that excellent conversion and middle to upper enantioselectivity were acquired. The chiral amplification also reflects the confinement effect of MOFs compared with performance catalyzed by the homogeneous system. This work demonstrates the importance of chiral microenvironmental regulation to improve enantiomer selectivity.
