The professional development of students throughout their undergraduate career is a challenging, important, and exciting prospect. Faculty at Saint Joseph’s University have developed a four year model which is designed to address the needs of future chemists. These individual one credit courses are offered yearly and target skills as needed by students throughout our curriculum. A brief summary is listed in Table 1.<br/>To aid in this process we recently instituted Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for 100% of our undergraduate population. This idea was generated after attending the ACS COMPASS Spring, 2021 workshop . During the presentation a survey of our current courses as well as preliminary assessments and results from this process will be summarized and discussed.
