We are in the fourth year of implementing an NSF Funded mentor program designed to support chemistry, physics and biology-related majors. This mentoring process involved three distinct personnel comprised of a peer mentor, faculty mentor and college success coach. Peer mentor selection, training mentee discussion points and implementation will be presented. The use of an academic progress form to track student performance as well as selected faculty mentor and success coach topics will also be discussed. Lessons learned from project mentoring activities will be shared as well.
