The conjugated polymer has been extensively studied for its unique optoelectronic properties and its usage in a wide range of organic electronic devices.  Thanks to tremendous efforts in optimization of the synthesis, processing, and device engineering, we have seen impressive outcomes in the past decades in the transistor, OPV, and doped systems.  However, many such devices are not commercialized, largely due to their cost, as well as the device's stability and reliability.  In my talk, I will discuss the dynamics of a conjugated polymer, aka, how fast the chain vibrates, rotate, and diffuses, and its consequence for device morphology and stability.  I will discuss our group’s contribution to both the measurement and prediction of the dynamics. Lastly, if time allows, I will discuss how dynamics could impact the device's morphological stability.
