The computer-aid system PASS has attracted considerable attention due to its extensive utilization in the simultaneous prediction of biological evaluation for substances through MNA descriptors. Here, the biological activities of the 5-(1,2-dithiolan-3yl) Pentanal compound and its derivatives, such as 5-(1,2-dithiolan-3yl) Pentanamide and 5-(1,2-dithiolan-3yl) Pentanoic acid have been appraised by PASS analysis. The forecasting shows that these compositions can be utilized in cancer therapy.
