Students miss classes due to a variety of reasons. Missing classes lead to significant learning gaps in General Chemistry courses. Hence, an HyFlex classroom model was explored in these courses to aid student learning. Students in the actual classroom attended lectures in-person, while students who were not present physically had an option to join the class on Zoom. This presentation will discuss the impact of HyFlex classrooms on student learning.
