In addition to the story of my career path in science from an individual contributor to leading the Advanced Chemistry Technologies (ACT) group at AbbVie, career journeys of my amazing women colleagues in ACT (&gt;50%) will be highlighted. Examples include two TAOC award recipients whose unrivaled productivity and technical excellence coupled with team-oriented attitude and passion on the job are inspiring to others around them.  An ACS young investigator award recipient, while juggling her career with her family commitment, became one of the three inventors of an innovative technology that paved the foundation of high throughput experimentation platform at AbbVie. And regardless of their diverse background and career stories, how these women scientists work seamlessly with other colleagues to investigate, develop, and implement frontier chemistry technologies to achieve extraordinary scientific excellence and high business impact at AbbVie.
