**Main Body of the Abstract**
Background: The use of cyclophosphamide, bortezomib and dexamethasone (CyBorD) is widely accepted in the treatment of newly diagnosed AL amyloidosis (NDALA) and more recently, the advent of daratumumab-an anti CD38monoclonal antibody- has revolutionized the treatment NDALA. Objective: The primary objective of this study was to assess the impact of three different Bortezomib containing regimens (BCR) over clinical outcomes in the treatment of NDALA. Material & Methods: Patients with NDALA treated upfront at our Institution with BCR were identified. Results: 100 consecutive patients with NDALA were treated with upfront BCR  from 01/12 to 12/2023. From these, 49 were treated with CyBorD, 35 with CyBorMe and 16 with D-CyBorD. Clinical characteristics are seen in Table 1. After a median follow up of 52, 35 and 6 months, ORR was reported in 63%, 71% and 68% for the CyBorD, CyBorMe and D-CyBorD groups respectively. Organ responses were seen in 22 (40%), 17 (48%) and 12 (75%) patients in the CyBorD, CyBorMe and D-CyBorD groups, p= 0.03(D-CyBorD vs CyBorMe and CyBorD). Cardiac and renal responses were seen in 15/35 (42%), 12/23 (52%) and 10/14 (71%) and 15/36 (41%), 11/25 (44%) and 8/15 (53%) for CyBorD, CyBorMe and D-CyBorD, respectively. (p=0.01 and 0.1). No differences on overall survival and progression-free survival were observed. Summary & Conclusion: We report here that D-CyBorD appears to be an efficacious treatment even with a very short follow up period. A clear trend towards better organ response is noted in the D-CyBorD group.

Comparison of three bortezomib-containing regimens for the treatment of newly diagnosed AL amyloidosis PA158 (#301)

We invite you to attend the XIX International Symposium on Amyloidosis to be held in Rochester, MN.

This symposium is organized as a hybrid meeting (with the focus on in-person) held from Sunday, May 26 through Thursday, May 30, 2024.

Together with the ISA Board and members of Mayo Clinic, a very attractive scientific hybrid program is being planned. The program will cover a variety of types of systemic amyloidosis: ATTR (hereditary and wild-type), AL (light-chain), AA and less frequent forms. There will be key lectures, specific symposia including those company sponsored, oral presentations and poster sessions of accepted abstracts.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
This program will provide a comprehensive review of state-of-the-art education in systemic amyloidosis: basic science, pathophysiology, diagnosis, current and emerging treatments. Scientific presentations will include competitive oral and poster abstracts. The rapid evolution of scientific discovery and expanding treatment options has created tremendous interest in the field and this meeting will fill and important gap in educating scientists and clinicians.
